Jan Khysl was a longtime Czech citizen and politician as well as a journalist, soldier and entrepreneur.

Early Life

Khysl was born in October 2008 in Northern Bohemia the capital of the Czech Republic. Khysl was initially an employee of the Czech lumber industry before switching to a job in constructions. Before his entry into the political scene of the Czech Republic, he was a member of the Czech Right Union before leaving in favor of the United Slavs. Khysl also created 1010111010110 (formerly known as The Reality Czech) a newspaper which early on focused on taxation and wage reform in the Czech Republic.

Politics

The following are positions held within the president's cabinet as well as under which president and which party controlled the executive branch:

Term Position Held Country President Controlling Party
6 January - 5 February 2009 Minister of Social Welfare Red Duck United Slavs
6 February - 5 March 2009 Minister of Defense Red Duck United Slavs
6 March - 5 April 2009 Minister of Defense radim Czech Right Union
6 April - 5 May 2009 Minister of Defense radim Czech Right Union
6 May - 5 June 2009 Minister of Finance & Vice president Franz Kafka Nezavislost

Khysl first entered the Czech political field after the election of President Red Duck who defeated the incumbent Vaclav. Red Duck, a fellow member of the United Slavs, appointed Minister of Social Welfare citing his activity, knowledge, and concern as seen through his journalism. As Minister of Social Welfare, Khysl worked alongside other ministries to try and better the situation for new citizens in the Czech Republic and helped rewrite the new citizen message, making more concise and helpful as well as bilingual.

During his term as Minister of Social Welfare, Khysl became especially critical of the shape of the Czech military as well as the foreign adviser to Minister of Defense Vaclav: Juan Ameri. Because of his analysis of the military, Khysl was appointed Minister of Defense and held the position for three terms despite the change of presidents and controlling parties. Khysl enacted much of the modern organization of the Czech military; was a proponent of the Czech neutrality policy; brokered the stockpiling of weapons, moving tickets, and gifts; created the organization Czech Ministry of Defense for future use by the government; and was a constant presence in debates dealing with national decisions and policies.

Following the election of Franz Kafka to the presidency, Khysl was appointed Minister of Finances and was tasked with looking after the Ceska Narodni Banka as well as overseeing the work of several undersecretaries. During this time, Khysl also served as Vice President of the Czech Republic. Shortly after his term as Minister of Finances and Vice President, Khysl announced that he would be retiring for some time from the Czech political scene. Khysl returned in early August of 2009 with his announcement of running for the Party president of the Nezavislost party citing his experience as a member of Congress and the Cabinet as well as his two terms as party president of the United Slavs.

Economics

Jan Khysl is the owner of NEMOCNICE, a Czech company producing Q2 hospitals. Khysl uses only Czech produced wood and donated the first ever hospital produced to Northern Bohemia.

Military

Khysl has been a member of both the Czech Reserves and the Czech Army as well as serving as Minister of Defense. Khysl was known to be sympathetic of ATLANTIS although, with the fall of the super alliance, his views are less readily distinguishable. While Khysl never argued for joining ATLANTIS or PEACE was involved with the formation and dissolution of the European Social Alliance.

Khysl has fought in a multitude of conflicts including:

War Side Supported
Brussels Rebellion United Kingdom
Russian Independence War Russia
Romania-Indonesia War Romania
World War III Czech Republic
