Jezups von der Vucins was a citizen of Latvia. He is a former president of Latvia, the Grand Bee of Turnipism, and the establisher of the Tempus Rapa party. He was also the party president of LPSR CK.

Biography

Beginning

Jezups was born in Russia on 6 March 2009. One of the first things he did was sign a petition for creating the Baltic States in game. He stayed in Russia for a month, he went to Latvia in April, immediately after it was established. In the May congress elections, he received a seat in the parliament. Some two weeks later he became the Minister of Defence in the cabinet of red-fox. He famously lost the post on 24 June, when during the Latvian RL holiday of Jāņi he refused to spend as much time as red-fox intended for planning the conquest of Zemgale and a TO in Finland.

Recognition

In July Latvia had a babyboom. Red.Fox (red-fox's new profile) was impeached by people who soon established Nacionāldemokrātu partija. When the new president Kurzemes Karalis Kristaps (along with his NDP allies) tried to form a government, for many Jezups was the obvious choice for the post of Minister of Defence. After long discussions, simis was favoured because he was believed to be more active. In fact, he disappeared and the post was later given to VL_JD after a competition in which Jezups did not participate.

After deciding the seat was stolen from him, Jezups von der Vucins shifted his focus to France when the country had its own baby boom and had bread baking company there. He continued to have an influence on Latvia, as he tried to establish a weapon cartel.

Return

On 16 September Jezups, along with some of his allies, established a political party called Tempus Rapa. He became the president of the party and also one of its most recognisable members. They started raising money a month before establishing the party. It took time before the party became big enough to run in the congress elections. In October Jezups returned in congress for the first time since the Finnish war. He also ran for all of the presidential elections since the foundation of TR, but until December (2nd place) he never got any good results.

At the time he had a feud with aivvv, who threatened to take over the Jezups-friendly eLatvijas Zaljaa partija. eLZP planned to support Jezups for the October presidential elections, which was the reason for feud. The withdrawal of their support, according to Jezups, stopped him from becoming an actual presidential seat contender.

New year, new roles

Due to TR dropping out of Top 5 briefly, Jezups was forced to sit out the December congress. He returned, as most believe, wiser and stronger. First place in the January congress elections was just the beginning. He persuaded several big parties to support him in the presidential elections. He won by a slim margin.

As president Jezups announced an amnesty for all of the Latvian Army members who were given lifetime suspension earlier. He also established an organisation dedicated to publishing the presidential newspaper. His cabinet was called, by some, the best Latvian government ever. He didn't seek a second term and used the end of his presidency as a chance to leave the country for a while, having been party president of Tempus Rapa (therefore unable to leave Latvia) since its first day.

The middle months

Jezups was briefly a member of Ātrā vienība, a military company led by SpeedKing. When its leader changed and he decided to change the logo (which didn't feature the Latvian schlager singer Aldis Drēģeris), Jezups left. He was the Minister of Culture in April, during Kurzemes Karalis Kristaps' presidency. SpeedKing recruited him for this post, as KKK threatened to disestablish the ministry. He didn't retain the seat after a new president was elected in May.

He returned to Congress in the May elections, exactly one year after being first elected to the parliament. He was a member of Latvijas Darba partija, a social-democratic party. Jezups then retook Tempus Rapa, after it had been led by non-Turnipists for a few months. It merged with LDP and was renamed LPSR CK.
