Jules deMalt is a reporter, singer, philosopher, filmmaker and generally a nuisance to everyone. Believed to be the incarnation of Julio de Matos, that theory was shortly debunked with Jules deMalt stating for the record: "Julio likes cupcakes better. I, for one, care less for them"[1].
Jules is a staunch ascetic, deriving no pleasure in working, training or fighting, concentrating its efforts on social achievements such as humor and entertainment. He makes his living by article endorsement.

Jules deMalt was born on the peak of Gerês mountain in Norte. Parents are unknown. It's commonly believed he was created through artificial means.[citation needed]
