He was a member and has served as a leader of The Unity Party. He was born in June 2009 and rapidly rose to prominence, with the support of his party. He has served in the Congress and the Ministry of Home Affairs and is well known both for being a Welshman and his changeable but amusing avatars.

On March 5, 2010, Karacticus was elected as the President of the United Kingdom. In October 2016 he was elected second time.
