Canada.
Biography
Punisher was born into a family of young Canuckistanian infidels. Like all infidels, he cherished bombs. He blew them in farms, homes of others, supermarkets, churches and rallies for Democracy. When the mighty CAF stormed his home, they found a shrine for his love of bombs.
After being rescued by the CAF, he later joined the MDP, a proud follower of Ryldism or anything Rylde told him to do. During the young bold Punisher's push for power, he asked if he could join the Military Council, in which he was told to F off and mind his own damn business. He's a member of United States Workers Party and has been in congress for this party on 2 occasions! He was also a member of the Canadian Paradox Party & EPIC when he was in Canada and served several terms with these parties. 11x congressman of Newfoundland and Labrador 1x congressman of Manitoba. He was also an ambassador to 
New Zealand &

Military
He's a member of the Ultramarines and has been for a long time. While in Canada he was in the Canadian Armed Forces and Canadian Strategic Defense. He was a part of the 4th Coda's Black Knights in the Canadian Armed Forces where he served as a captain, he was also a Rangers Platoon One Commander & 1st "Eagle-Eye" Platoon's Second Commander.
