Canada. Later in his life, he moved to the USA and then has settled in Australia.

Son of Fram & Zina80, Punisher 1389 was originally born in Canada and raised in Canada, but decided to emigrate to the USA! He's a mean drinker, but a nice guy who enjoys females with big butts! He's also the brother of Code-Y.
Politics 
He was a member of United States Workers Party and has been in Congress for this party on 2 occasions! He was also a member of the Canadian Paradox Party & EPIC when he was in Canada, and served several terms with these parties.

He was also an ambassador to

He was a Congress member for Imperial Party, as well serving as Governor of Canada.
After his world travels, Lawkee has settled in Australia where he has become the most influential figure on a political and military scene.
