Punisher 1389 is a citizen of 
Canada.
Biography
Punisher was born into a family of young Canuckistanian infidels. Like all infidels, he cherished bombs. He blew them in farms, homes of others, supermarkets, churches and rallies for Democracy. When the mighty CAF stormed his home, they found a shrine for his love of bombs.
After being rescued by the CAF, he later joined the MDP, a proud follower of Ryldism or anything Rylde told him to do. During the young bold Punisher's push for power, he asked if he could join the Military Council, in which he was told to F off and mind his own damn business. He stormed out of the room frustrated with himself. He tried to build a bomb, and succeeded. He had made the Imperial Party of Canada, the MDP that hated the MDP.
Months later, IPC as shrinking and decided to merge with Clan Wolf. A bold magnificent handsome man stormed the party and disabled it, taking the party in full forced (PTOed the poop out of it). That beautiful man was CptKaydee. He held down the party for months with the help of Pat Harper, and alot of members developed Stockholm Syndrome when the party was converted to a Communist stronghold.
When Punisher finally regained control, he asked for help from a friend, Oinyo (AKA Stabby McStaberson). Together they grew the party. They decided to all with DMV and his friend; the big black cock. On December 5th, Punisher will lead the Big Black Cock Army to a dealing defeat in which he will attempt to blow up MDP headquarters with one of his many bombs and fail as the trigger malfunctioned blocks away. Punisher lies in the Cemetery of Cowards.

He's the leader of Imperial Wolves and is in congress for this party! He was also a member of the Canadian Paradox Party & EPIC in Canada and served several terms with these parties. 11x congressman of Newfoundland and Labrador 1x congressman of Manitoba. He was also an ambassador to 
New Zealand & 
Singapore.
Military
He's a 2nd Commander of The Imperial Force and has been for a long time. Previously he was in the Canadian Armed Forces and Canadian Strategic Defense. He was a part of the 4th Coda's Black Knights in the Canadian Armed Forces where he served as a captain, he was also a Rangers Platoon One Commander & 1st "Eagle-Eye" Platoon's Second Commander.
