The Law proposal was the result of the discussions the Country Presidents had with Admins. Some people ( including the company owner ) think that the law proposal was the result of the changes they made to the game. but it actually wasn't. because it wasn't the first nonsense change, admins made in the past few years. The main reason for which the Presidents decided to the propose the Welcome Message was the way a certain admin was negotiating with them, presidents. Rude, illogical, dishonest, impolite.

So,On day 1198 of eRepublik, fair or unfair, Laya died for proposing a New Citizens Message Law.

The reason for which Laya has been banned, in admin's point of view :

The Last and the Best Battle Hero Medal

Laya’s last battle hero medal in v1 of eRepublik, which she killed herself twice in that battle, comes with her beloved friend, the greatest heroine, and the loveliest Princess in the whole world : Axllyne aka BlackList Princess.

Laya Started hitting up to 20,000 damage on the battle, and she fought to 30 wellness ,then moved 15 times to 15 places in order to catch 0 wellness. and yes, she did. But after few hours Josh Frost an American tank, who had no idea that Laya killed herself on that battle, Started fighting to 24,000 damage. Again, Laya rise up to 100 wellness by using wellness packs and fought again to 30 wellness, and 25,800 damage. And again moved another 15 times to 15 places to catch 0 wellness.

The Holy Army of BlackList

Laya was waiting for a long time, to have the chance to enter this Holy Family. After months waiting, In the last day of V1 of eRepublik, the Commander of BlackList Army with an article announced Laya as the smallest member of the greatest army, BlackList . And now, Laya proudly known as a member of BlackList Army.

Laya, As The President of Iran

Laya came after a few slow governments, She started a new and fresh Ministry of Defense with new look^[1] and way more organized that after a long time ( after Iran RL government blocked eRepublik.com in Iran ) the allies countries started again to count on Iran damage in important battles. She also finished what she first started in her time of being MoFA of Iran in General Reza Administration, she finished the deal with Bulgaria and rented 2 of Iran's regions to Bulgarians. Although Bulgarians profit was way more than what they paid Iran, but the payment was ~10 times more than what Iran, herself would've make out of those regions. In her time of being President of Iran, Greece invaded Turkey and wiped them out from the map. So then Greece was bordering Iran^[2]. Laya and her Cabinet organized Iran fighters and tankers for a real battle. Laya herself made more than five Q5 hospitals and three Q5 Defense System in less than 5 days and put them in the region bordering Greece^[3]. Although Greece power was way more than Iran's, but Laya bravely published an article in Greece and encouraged them respectfully for a WAR^[4]. Iran was completely ready for a WAR, but suddenly Turkey had a Big BabyBoom and became the first country in eWorld ranking and got back all her regions.

Before Laya's Presidency, Iran Economy was broken. prices were unbelievably high and salaries were unbelievably low. Laya tried to bring down the prices as much as possible and grow the salaries. she was successful and Iran were again following the World prices and salaries. She also invented a new Ministry, called Ministry of Health^[5] and started helping^[6] new players who needed to bring up their health.

It was a ReBirth for Iran with Laya and her young and talented Cabinet Members ^[7].
