Lex Scandalex was born Day 541 in Pennsylvania, USA. Lex has been a member of the United Independents Party (UIP) since June 1st, 2009. He was an employee at Scandalous Airways, a moving ticket company as the companies General manager/Owner.

During the June 2009 USA Congressional Elections, Lex was the campaign manager of Chris Stanwick, who was the Congressman for the state of Alaska. On July 15th, following Joshua Hoss's successful campaign to become the UIP President, Lex became the UIP Chief of Public Relations. On 26 July 2009, Lex was elected Congressman from the state of Delaware, as UIP's candidate.

Congressional Campaign for the State of Delaware

On July 7th, 2009 (Day 595), Lex officially declared his intentions to run for Congress in the state of Delaware as a member of the UIP. He quickly detailed his goals in an article written in his newspaper Randomicity where he said he would:

  1. Get Stuff Done
  2. Take on PEACE
  3. Have fun.

On 26 July 2009, Lex was elected by the citizens of Delaware as their Congressman. He tied Daniel Dodge of the United States Workers Party with 4 votes, but won the tie based on having more experience points. Daniel was a "blocker" selected by the USWP to prevent foreign citizens from running under the USWP banner.
