Li Shaoran also known as Ivan Li Shaoran Dequito (n.December 26, 2009) is a spaniard politician, journalist and social entrepeneur. He was born some days before the famous Conquest of Paris, an event that made him choose a way to live his eRepublikan life. Since September 7, 2017 he is the President of Spain, elected by the 40.44% of the votes and defeating kekco.

Politician

Li Shaoran has served in several occasions as Congressman and President or Vicepresident of the Congress of Spain, he is known as "momio" because his law proposals have a lot of words (tl;dr). Always has been member of Partido Otaku Nippon, serving as Party President in many occasions —the last one between August 17 and September 16, 2017—, because he says he wants to keep his independence from traditional ideological parties. That circumstance has permitted him to develop several social projects and perform as officer in governments with different ideas.

Journalist

Neo ePensamientos Alados is his newspaper, used in the past as newspaper of his holding Ala Alba. Its content is various, but in the last years has been dedicated to expose Li Shaoran's point of view about eRepublik mechanics, social projects and Spaniard community ans institutions.
