He is mostly known for the role he played in the Romanian take over in Russia.
He was chosen to represent Romania at the presidential elections from Russia in January 2009. The take over was successful, lic_ptg finishing ahead of Creos at a distance of only 13 votes.
He served 2 consecutive terms as a President of Russia.
He received a permanent ban for administering multiple accounts.
