MRamon es un ciudadano de España, miembro de Ciudadanos y Democracia. Siempre se mostró interesado en la Defensa Nacional, por lo que al entrar al partido se interesó por la Secrataría de Defensa, donde colaboró con Usul y finalmente fue elegido.
Presentó su candidatura al congreso en el mes de Noviembre, pero debido a que todas las plazas estaban ocupadas no pudo presentarse, cosa que si que hizo el mes de Diciembre, resultando elegido Diputado por CyD por Andalucía.
Posee ademas empresas.
