MattWas is a citizen of the United Kingdom. After being Captain and Lieutenant of HMS Cardiff he transferred during the Navy reform to become the 1st Lt. Col. of the 1st Regiment Army Air Corps a post he held until being promoted to Brigadier as Staff Officer of the Army Air Corps.
