McGivey was a citizen of USA.

One of the Beta citizens, McGivey expanded the United States Workers Party Political Action Committee, helped win the USWP's first congressional majority and successful presidential candidate.

PAC Chairman

He was first Chairman of the USWP PAC. On October 20th, 2008, McGivey announced he was stepping down from his role as PAC Chairman due to disagreement with the way the USWP was being run. The position was later given to former party Vice President, Rocco Baldelli.

Beta Memorial

Later on, Mcgivey joined Beta Memorial political party, a small party concentrating on bringing back some of the finer aspects of the original version of ER. Mcgivey served as party president.

Military activity

McGivey has also been active in SEAL Team 6 during WW3 and became a  V1 Field Marshal in his first 777 fights.
