NEBULA is primarily a defensive alliance which was formed not long after
the fall of LETO and ASGARD. It was first founded by Australia, Israel, Montenegro & Norway.
Shortly before NEBULA was to be announced Japan had also entered
the fold.
As outlined in the NEBULA Alliance Charter [1] NEBULA's primary objectives are to defend and protect each member country against foreign invaders and to fight for ASTERIA and her allies.
