Icon law new citizen message.png The New citizen message is an automated private message that a newborn citizen receives once he/she logs in for the first time in the game. The message is sent by the President of the country the player is born in. If the citizen is born in a conquered region, he will get the message of the citizenship country.

The President proposes a law in the form of a text that will be used as that message. The Congress members must agree on it and is required an absolute majority (50% + 1) for the law to pass.

Only the President of the country has access to the current message, through the tab Administration in the page My country, in the form field of that law proposal.
Every other citizen (including Congress members) can view it only by reading the latest passed law of that New citizen message.

Limitations

  • Max 1500 characters
  • BBCode and HTML supported

Notes

  • Citizen will NOT receive new citizen message when they move to another country or change their citizenship.
  • Previously, the new citizen message was known as the welcome message.
