Nexus was a proposed military alliance that was meant to consist of of 12 countries. The project failed due to Chile joining Adriatica.
The alliance was supposed to be founded by mostly members of the former Circle of Trust / Aurora:

United Kingdom
All of the P.L.U.T.O. countries agreed to join Nexus.
