Nord-Norge is a region in Norway and its capital is Tromso. The region is located in the northern part of the country and it's the largest original Norwegian region in terms of area.

History
In June 2008, Mayor Gjok purchased a brand new Q4 Hospital from Universal Healthcare, a state-run hospital company. The purchase led to a baby boom in Tromso, the population reaching an all-time-high in December 2008 with 267 citizens.
