North Caucasus is a region in Lithuania and its capital is Rostov on Don. Its original owner is Russia.
Contents
History
The region was taken over by Norway in May 2008 as a result of the Norway-Russia War, and then by Romania. It was returned to Russia in April, 2009, and then it was lost in war against Hungary and eventually returned to Russia.
