The beginning
He joined the Partito Comunista Eitaliano, where he was twice a member of Congress in their ranks, although in the last term in Congress, there was misunderstandings that led to quit the party and resume solo and completely independent. After the adventure with the PCE, and the beginning of a new adventure, he had an interview with the Rocco_Marcelli, founder of La Giovane eItalia, and felt that they shared same ideas right from the start with one goal in common, to help young citizens so he joined his party.
The rise in politics
Re-elected as a member of Congress, but this time with a whole new political party and with very different political ideologies, lead to his career in government, and he became Minister of Information on March 6, 2010 under the Citizen Cane Government where he managed to create small and modest Baby Boom with several reports in the web[1], a government task quite challenging and responsible. He scored 12 Society Builder medals in that month.
In May 2010 again in government as a minister under the government of bisiacco. After a short break, he returned to the government on August 7, 2010, this time as deputy minister to the reception and tutors, under the government of Wisp. On September 6, he was minister of BabyBoom and contributor to foreign government under the government of Scoundrel. On February 6, 2011 he was appointed Assistant Minister in the government of Pashmina.
Leading the nation
On April 5, 2011 he became President of Italy by defeating Imperatore Augusto in the presidential elections. That month Italy lost it's last region on Apr 6th, 5 o'clock eRep Time; elections ended 5 hours before, but Admins' election validation time ended one hour later, at 6 o'clock. Despite of repeated complaints to Admins, Oivalf never received presidential powers (and medal) in game. Regardless of that, he served the presidential term even if not at full power. After the presidential mandate, dated July 6, 2011 he became vice-president of the nation under the government of Eugi. On October 6, 2011 he was chosen as minister to mentoring the new citizens under the government Emanuele Deriu.
The break and the return
After a long break from government positions on September 12, 2012 (after the fall of Castell Militarista government) he returns as Minister of Information under Fleija government and tries for President in October, November and December. On all three occasions, he ends up second, only one small step to getting the place. November elections were actually the unique ones, as he got the Presidents position when prefetto was impeached. During his short interim turn, he signed the contract with commanders of several military units.

He was 2nd Commander of Divergent before he joined Esercito eItaliano.
