Pablo Hernandez Borges was Venezuelan born in the North Eastern Venezuela. He moved to the Venezuelan Capital Region in order to study and start his political career in the Frente Moderno Socialdemocrata party, as he was a Social Democrat who believed strongly that his country needs to be more modern in order to achieve great things for all the people in Venezuela.
