About
Wanting to help his country to develop and to remove the communists leaders, he and his friends founded Partidul Managerilor din Modova (Managers Party of Moldova), party which became very popular. In March 2008 he easily became president of Republic of Moldova. The next step was the unification of Republic of Moldova with Romania. Pan Halippa and the Romanian president Titu Maiorescu launched referendums in both countries. After the referendums [1][2] in which the majority of voters agreed with the union, the nation of Republic of Moldova became part of Romania through a war on April 4, 2008. This was the only official union based on a contract ever made in eRepublik[3][4][5]. Altough Republic of Moldova is not part of Romania anymore, due to political/war reasons, Pan Halippa is also known as the last president of Moldova.
