He was elected into the Congress of Indonesia and has served 7 terms as a Congress member.
During his life, Panca has tried twice to become the Country President, and both ended with ... a tragic lost. Source that cannot be confirmed says that his lost was mainly because of his black glasses that he always wear, which make him looks like a man that cannot be trusted and have tendency to mutilate his voters if they refuse to obey his order ( Boong :).
