The Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas, (English: Communist Party of the Philippines,Abbreviated PKP), is a Fifth Generation Far-Left Political Party in 
The Philippines. The party uses communist doctrines as its ideology. The original party was formed in February 2012 as the Movement for Military Rule. The party has not been part of any congress. It is currently the smallest political party in the country.
Origins
There have been numerous communist and socialist movements in the Philippines. The first party was the Communist Party - Philippines created by EZEX Lacroa from the National Filipinista Party in July 2009. They supported SyrkiusAFK in the August 2009 Presidential Elections, but lost. It lasted for two months after it was ended by September 2009 after the creation of the birth of the Filipino Labor Party.
Another communist party was created by Comrade Joe in May 2010, the Philippine Communist Party from the Filipino Labor Party, the party that was the Communist Party - Philippines before. The party endorsed Comrade Joe for the June 2010 Presidential Elections, but lost. It was renamed weeks after.
