Partidul Socialist Roman was a minor political party in Icon-Romania.png Romania. It is the successor of Partidul Comunist din Romania. It was founded by Luis Elvis.

History

Foundation

Partidul Socialist Roman was founded on 19 April 2013 by Luis Elvis, after the dissolution of the Partidul Comunist din Romania. The party was transitioned to the Center-left wing and libertarian doctrine.

Luis Elvis's term

Luis Elvis became the president of the new party and started to structure it. He designed the logo, electoral symbol and coat of arms, enrolling them as the insignia of Partidul Socialist Roman. Elvis wrote a status, open a discussion area and a forum. On 3 May 2013, PSR merged into Partidul Initiativa Nationala and Elvis became the councillor of PIN. cipri79 was sworn in as the interim president until the new elections.
