Party Members can be accessed by clicking File:See all Members.jpg on the Party page.
The Party Members page displays all of the members of the party. Members are ordered by experience points. You can see the avatar, the experience level, the user name, and party position.
You can also send a personal message to the members by clicking on the small envelope icon that will lead you to the compose message page.
Requirements
Citizens have to be at least level 13 (240 EP) to join a party (become a party member).
