Qadis Rowein

Qadis Rowein (formerly known as Chuchi) is Spanish citizen of The New World since the 25 of July of 2008. He was born in the city of Salamanca, Spain.
Short Bio
After some months learning about the life in the New World and the politics of Spain, he joined the Proyecto Fénix. His first politic charge was congressman, in February of 2009, repeating in March.
In the government, he has been undeminister of Foreign affairs in April and June of 2009, and Minister of Foreign Affairs in August, September and December of 2009, March of 2010, and October of 2010. He has been also militia-goverment coordinator on January of 2010, being the first citizen covering that position.
He left Proyecto Fénix and February of 2010, being not affiliated to any party since then. He's voting in Bosnia and Herzegovina since then, but with the new press rules he returned to Spain. After more than a year, he joined Ite Imperia, a technocratic party, later renamed Vanguardia. He has been party president twice, participating in the Vanguardia Presidency in June 2012 as Vicepresident for 20 days, and Country President for 10 days. He was Vicepresident on the July 2012 term, in Siddy's presidency.
He was a member of the Fuerzas Armadas, Spanish army, since June of 2009,being captain for 4 months. He had one of the longest career in the Spanish army. He left for joining the foundation of La Casta De Los Intocables, led by Durruti. 6 months later he left and joined Spectra, where he is actually 2nd commander and Captain of the 1st regiment.
