Training grounds is a place where you can train your strength. It is accessible from My Land - Training grounds.
Training
You can train only once a day. To do that you must choose a booster and if you have friends invited, you can choose 2 of them. These 2 will give +10% bonus each. If you haven't invited friends yet, go to do it by giving them your referral link.
Then just hit the train button and enjoy the results.

Effects of training
When you train your:
- strength will increase (basic increase 5, with free booster 5.5, with natural enemy 6)
- experience will increase by 2
- health is dropped by 1
