Ryuu Toumori is a Japanese citizen currently residing in Kanto, Japan. He is a former cabinet minister in the August term of Minamoto Yoritomo.

Biography

Early Life

For the first two months of his life, Toumori travelled around, participating in battles around the world to increase his military proficiency and skill. Japan didn't participate in war games much in this period and it is mainly through this that has gotten Toumori to his current rank, militarily wise.

Return to Japan

Earliest accounts have Toumori returning back to Japan in late July when he showed up at Imperial Sun Party Headquarters declaring his will to help Japan in whatever shape and form he could.

This culminated into a run for Congress in Gyeongsangnam-do for the August term. He won handily with 4 votes, over half the votes casted in that region. Over this term, he remained active and debated proposals that came up in the Japanese Diet. On top of Congress duties, he helped KITA Ikki establish the Sempai-Kouhai Program which mentors new citizens in Japan.

It was this hard work that led him to be chosen in as the Minister of Education when Minamoto Yoritomo was ultimately elected on August 5th, 2009. He continued in this role for the next month, helping establish the Sempai-Kouhai program before his untimely death on August 29th, 2009.
