Samuel de Champlain, aka SdC, was born on day 436 of the New World in Quebec.
He is an entrepreneur and a businessman. He is the founder of the Carbonic Sink Forestry wood company, and Carbon Zero Housing located in Quebec, eCanada.
SdC is also the founder and Director of the Banque Centrale du Quebec organization. The Central Bank of Quebec financed the creation of the Union Nationale party in November 2009. This organization is devoted to the protection of citizens of Province of Québec. It had provided help to baby-boomers in order to rapidly be able to use a house in order to maximise productivity of employees. The BCQ have also been used as a 3rd couterparty in financial deals between citizens (company transfer, asset transfer).

Samuel de Champlain has been elected first time in Congress in Ontario with the Parti National du eQuebec, in may 2009. SdC was the last party president of the PNQ.
He successfully ran for Congressman in Quebec in March 2010, where he cumulate more votes (75) than any other Congressman in Canada. Samuel renew is seat as Congressman for Quebec in april, may and june 2010.
The may 2010 Congress campaign was a success with a never seen before 9 Congressmen team elected for the UN.

About false accusation against his reputation
Samuel de Champlain returned to eCanada to run for Quebec Congress from eFrance, after having been granted french citizenship by admin following the launch of citiziship module. During his time as a French citizen, de Champlain proudly transfer back the Quebec political party that was PNQ to eCanada. He proceed to the formation of a new political party, the Union Nationale wich was at the time and still today, the only voice of french canadian speaking players in eCanada
Accusation of treason were falsly spinned in the media, from xenophobe and red neck eCanadians.
The Supreme Court of eCanada recognise that there was NO CASE, and that citizen de Champlain was fully entitled to run for Congress and serve his country.

Under his leadership after his return to eCanada, SdC have establish Union Nationale as a strong pillar of eCanada.
He serve 6 time as a Congressman, and lead many Congressional races to success for the UN party.
SdC was elected Union Nationale party president in may 2010, where he serve 4 terms. Under is governance, UN successfully maintain is top 5 position (with a peak to the top 2) through the V2 transition and the turmoil resulting. A period of great danger and economic depression. He lead UN to safe harbour until he transfer UN PP to Fox Blutch, the 1st UN CP in eCanada history.
SdC quietly retired from politics in September 2010, and he remains an active citizen of eCanada.
