Businessman & entrepreneur

Samuel de Champlain, aka SdC, was born on day 436 of the New World in Quebec.

He is an entrepreneur and a businessman. He is the founder of the Carbonic Sink Forestry wood company, and Carbon Zero Housing located in Quebec, eCanada.

SdC is also the founder and Director of the Banque Centrale du Quebec organization. The Central Bank of Quebec financed the creation of the Union Nationale party in November 2009. This organization is devoted to the protection of citizens of Province of Québec. It had provided help to baby-boomers in order to rapidly be able to use a house in order to maximise productivity of employees. The BCQ have also been used as a 3rd couterparty in financial deals between citizens (company transfer, asset transfer).

Congressman of eCanada

Samuel de Champlain was elected for the first time in Congress in Ontario with the Parti National du eQuebec, in may 2009. SdC was the last party president of the PNQ.

He successfully ran for Congress in Quebec in March 2010, where he accumulated more votes (75) than any other Congressman in Canada. He subsequently won a seat in April, May and June of 2010 in Quebec.

Samuel de Champlain became Party President of the French Union Nationale in May 2010, where he served 4 mandates.

VERSION FRANCAISE

Accusations of Treason

During the Third World War, Samuel de Champlain moved to France. He returned to eCanada to run for congress in Quebec after the war. During his time as a French citizen he had fought in several campaigns for France against Canada and against EDEN, particularly in the crucial battles for Quebec and Ontario, at the time Canada's two largest provinces. His return and subsequent political ambitions caused controversy with accusations, particularly from the Canadian Progressive Front, that he was a traitor and that he should not be allowed to sit in congress.

He was charged by the Canadian courts with a fine of two weapons to be paid to the Ministry of Defense and a few months ban from congress, which was considered completed by "time served" already during his trial. SdC won his seat and was seated in congress.

It was revealed that Canada's Prime Minister, Chucky Norris, had learned on the court to provide a small sentence. The controversy spiraled into a joint Canadian Progressive Front/Democratic Action League attempt to impeach Norris and put a DAL president in his place, thought the impeachment failed by a few votes.
