Sccott was a citizen of Spain, since the 16th of January 2008, born in Madrid, Spain. He is known for its social labor on Proyecto Fénix being its party president several times and also for its contribution to the Spanish Ministry of Defense.

He started its political career on Unión de Ciudadanos de Centro. After an internal party crisis, he parted from UCC and founded Proyecto Fénix along with other former UCC members, Lint and Mr J. Zimbi and other members from different political parties.

Sccott has occupied several times high positions in the Spanish Army commandment and also has been part of the Spanish Ministry of Defense either as minister or under minister.
He was a captain in the Spanish special army unit called Los Cuervos (Ravens) during the USA-Canada War and after that he has always fight in the Spanish side, recently with EDEN / Fortis alliances support.
