Sir Hoffa13 is a Romanian soldier and politician, member of The Matza Party, and the 28th President of The Matza Party.
Under his 2 terms as Party president he organizated the party to win 9 terms in the Romanian Parliament and to win the presidential elections the party candidate, FreeGigi. From 6 June 2014 he served 1 term as Minister of Foreign Affairs under VampireA presidency.
