Mr Fire Dragon, formerly known as Skazis and Anteer, is a citizen of Latvia.

Mr Fire Dragon, who was then known as Skazia, was awarded 
Latvijas Goda pilsonis (Honorary citizen of Latvia) on March 2010. Latvijas Goda pilsonis was an award presented monthly by Latvijas Hronists to Latvian citizens who have done something great for their country in the previous month. The title is granted for life and can be awarded to each citizen only once.
