Citizens of eRepublik have a skill, which is visible on citizen profile pages.
There is currently only one skill active in the game - Strength, which is a military skill of the ground forces and very important for soldiers. The higher the strength, the more damage a player can do and the greater the influence they will have in a given battle. When reaching certain points, players can receive military ranks, and medals. To receive the Super Soldier Achievement you must advance 250 Strength. It is a good reward to earn, because you get 5 GOLD.
Another skill that was implemented on Day 3165 (20 July 2016) is Perception, an aviation's corresponding skill, but according to the admins it will never be implemented for actual use, to avoid creating huge gaps as happened with ground battles.
