Citizens of eRepublik have a skill, which is visible on citizen profile pages.
There is currently only one skill in the game - Strength, which is a military skill and very important for soldiers. The higher the strength, the more damage a player can do and the greater the influence they will have in a given battle. When reaching certain points players can receive military ranks, and medals. To receive the Super Soldier Achievement you must advance 250 Strength. It is a good reward to earn, because you get 
5 Gold GOLD.
