Served as a Regional Pac Director for the USWP and was re-elected from Kentucky on June 25th. During this session of Congress he also served as the Deputy Whip for the USWP. Served as USWP PAC Director for the July elections, but ultimately the USWP decided to pull out of the Congressional elections and use their members as a mobile voting force to prevent the PTO of Canada and to attempt a TO of France. During the TO attempt of France, Jasper was the Party President of Le Parti de Triomphe. After the August Presidential elections, Jasper was appointed as the Secretary of Citizen Affairs by [[Emerick]]. As a result of the mid-war elections, Jasper returned to Congress on August 25th, as one of 25 Senators who received zero votes but were placed in Congress as a result of states that were lost during the war. During this term he served as Deputy Speaker of the House under Gaius Julius and as the Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee. During Emerick's second term as President, Jasper was appointed to the position of Secretary of Education. When Emerick was forced to resign due to RL circumstances, [[Gaius Julius]] became the President and Jasper became the Speaker of the House for the 21st Congress.
