The Spokesman is the Party PR Officer, who'll use in-game and meta-game media to communicate news about the party. As such, he has the following functions:
- Use in-game and meta-game media to look for new party members by advertising.
- Exercise political voice to inform about party decisions about partisan affairs or national politics.
- Design and execute the party communication policy.
