House & residence

Regarding the question of Bogi about the limitation of the bonus outside of residence, it seems so that yes, the bonus from house has the same limitation outside of residence, like central park. That is it will expire 30 minutes after you move elsewhere from your residence. (thanks Gyantse for the heads up :P) --Icon-Greece.png Jimkats1 | profile 06:05, 15 February 2019 (PST)

So that refers only to bonus, not the house itself? If so, the in-game description is a bit unclear. Also, now there is a house activation fee? As it seems, I really don't know much about this, so maybe Gyantse would be willing to make an update? :3

I happened to write an article regarding houses last year, so I've learnt some stuff about them.
There's no activation fee. The only fee is when you change residence and you own houses.
If you have residence and you activate a house, indeed you can't pause it. It will run until it expires. Can't remember about the non-residence case, have to re-read the announcements.--Icon-Greece.png Jimkats1 | profile 08:26, 16 February 2019 (PST)
