Parameters
Basic usage is:
{{Neighbors|Neighbor 1|Neighbor 2|Neighbor 3|Neighbor 4}} and so on, up to 20
Examples
Note: examples are based off different regions, the first one is California and second one is Rajasthan.
Example 1:
