Usage
This template goes to a citizen article (usually on the top of the article) by stating the person who receives the award and the person who appoints it.

A medal can be:
- Military Cross (the type of the medal is MC)
- Distinguished Service Order (the type of the medal is DSO)
- Conspicuous Gallantry Cross (the type of the medal is CGC)
- Victoria Cross (the type of the medal is VC)
- Naval Victoria Cross (the type of the medal is NVC)
To choose the medal, simply add the code for that medal type. Following are examples of how to assign correct award to a citizen:
Military Cross
