Tomislav was a citizen of Croatia. He has spent time in South Africa acting as mayor of Gauteng and as a Congressman.
Economy
Tomislav in partnership with Lukok had started a first grain producing company in South Africa. 
It was called Grain Co. Grain Co was upgraded first to Q2 and very soon after that to Q3. An export license to Greece was also purchased.
New domestic Q3 weapons company, 'Gunner's Quadrant, was soon purchased to provide weapons to South Africans.
Politics
Tomislav entered politics very early in his life in South Africa. He was member of Proud Africa Party.
His first official post was the Economic Minister of South Africa. He published number of quality articles detailing the state of the economy in South Africa[1].
Name of his political party was changed to Croatian - African UNION. Tomislav continued to be an active member. In September he nominated and had a strong win as a Mayor of Pretoria. He was instrumental in organizing a purchase of Q4 Hospital in Pretoria.
Media
The SA Commoner was the name of the newspaper published in South Africa, by Tomislav. The first article was published in July 2008 and it has received only nine votes. From this small beginning The SA Commoner has grown steadily in circulation.
First few articles have centered on discussing the economy in South Africa.
When Tomislav arrived in Croatia, the Newspaper was published under its new name Hrvatski Covjek. There were over 100 people subscribed to his newspaper.
Military
Tomislav has achieved a rank of 
General in Beta version of the New World. He was founder of the Bone Crushers, first Croatian paramilitary unit.
