PROJECT: Cleaning up the files
The files are in the mess, both in naming and categorization sense. As there is no bot magic to fix all of that, cleanup process will be long and painful. To ease up this, there will be three segments in which editors should go, so feel free to help. --AndyCro

Warning for to many avatars pictures
New special warning ({{AvatarWarning}}) will be added both to citizen page and user talk page of that citizen. So there is no need to add deletion templates to the files of the citizen, simply add this warning to citizen and user talk page and sysop will delete the files when the warning expires or when user writes which one should be deleted. --AndyCro Do you need assistance? The staff
Currently only Bogi and me are doing slow cleanup and warnings, while sysops (mostly small Y) and me will do fast cleanup and warnings.
