Sabotage?

I have disturbed your page. There are some things that trouble me about our one namespace articles:

• How many categories will there be on main (English) one namespace articles? I have notice that there are some categories been created like One:Advisors and One:Economy... I am against this, I suggest that there would be only one category: Category:Version1. What do you think?
• The second question is what with the translated articles? Do we really need Version1 category + category of the language? Would it be better to create more categories like Version1 Deutsch and Version1 Hrvatski? I am not smart...
• The third question: Should we add on the bottom of everypage: ==New version== *New version of this article can be found on: ___ and the address of that article? OR Creating a new template of Version1 with the message and the link to the new one... Something like your template RisingMigration but Version1special (as some of the articles doesn't have the NEW version).

I will probably have more questions, but I would appreciate your info about this one. And I have some things to review, but it is mostly to check and double check the links, templates, categories... Okay, ill reply point by point :)

1. Okay. If you dont think that they are relevant, I shall remove them! Agreed, they probably are not too relevant for Version 1 pages. It seemed like a good idea at the time, though :P
2. Um ... probably! I can go through and fix that up once the Version 1 pages are finished. (At the moment, they are included in, say This category lists all of the pages written in Deutsch (German). by default, because that is what they were in when they were namespace pages. I am not sure if it is possible, but perhaps it can be placed into the Version 1 template somehow? i.e. /Deutsch pages go into Version1:Deutsch category, etc?
3. Actually - that is a pretty darn good idea, actually! :) Heck - it could probably even be written into the Version1 template - and then for the pages that dont have a new version, such as Construction, Wellness, etc, a non-template version of the same thing could be applied, maybe? Or ... even a new template for Version1 standard? Still ... these are some great ideas, Andy! Ill see what I can do with them (although, I'll be honest - you are probably going to have to help me with them so I dont stuff things up? :( -- Timeoin|Say G'Day 00:40, 6 September 2010 (UTC)

Categories of One articles

I changed the Version1 template. Now it automatically adds pages into right category (you don't have to translate it into all languages to get it working). I also created the remaining categories. -- sampo555 | Talk 19:23, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

Basically, the Congress of a country can vote (in the eRepublik Official Forum) to change the flag + coat of arms (and other semi-fictional attributes) displayed for that country in the eRepublik Official Wiki. In the case of Iran, the Congress changed it (when Koroush/Aryamehr was president) and no other Congress changed it back since then.

Edit wars regarding the flag will continue because the two versions of the flag are strongly associated with two political sides in RL Iran - the ones that support ex-monarchy in Iran as form of government and the ones which support the current presidential republic. Categories of rising pages...

If I understood you, you want the template to add only Category:ERepublik Rising to English pages. Pages in another language would have only category of that language (e.g. Category:Suomi). (Drop me a message if I didn't understood you :P)

Template can't be used to determine if there is a category on the page (ASFAIK). We have to categorize the pages like this: if the page isn't a sub-page (=English page), it will have Category:ERepublik Rising; if it's a sub-page (=translation), it will have language category. -- sampo555 | Talk 14:32, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

Rights to create/edit templates

Rising Pages

Hey Andy. Um ... are all of the now "outdated" Rising pages getting moved to the Rising namespace? Ive seen a few of them moved there. Sure darling. Al though I have reviewed all pages, maybe I missed some of them... After you move the page you should do the next procedure: update the langmenu as {{LangMenu|Rising:Name of the page}} add template {{Rising}} and remove ALL categories. I mean all. Also, review the links on page they should all lead to Rising articles. If they lead to main namespace, remove the link completely and leave only the text... page deletion

What stupid wiki guidelines do you have to use for a reason to delete my page? There isn't a whole lot to say about a guy 6 months into a game that spends his time in the military. Another eRep fail. Dear Joe Alpha, there is a rule that info about citizen has to contain some info... You have put only one paragraph about your citizen, I quote "Joe Alpha is the commanding officer of the 112th Platoon (11th Company, 1st Division) of the United States Training Corps. He became a USTC officer on July 24, 2010. His USTC rank is Second Lieutenant. He enjoys trivia. " This is a good start, but it could be useful also to read some more info about you - where did you fought, did you ever tried out the politics, if not, why not, etc... And it is a rule according to our policies because if every citizen would write info about him with one sentence and no real achievemtns, we would have like 100000 stub articles. I have re-created the citizen page HERE so try to update it with picture and additional information, tell me when you are finished and I will move it again to the correct place.
