Notices at pages

Hello! When there's notices on a page you're supposed to do something to fix the issues raised in the notices. You're not allowed to remove then without doing anything. The Kev2969 page doesn't have even one sentence of textual content you can't find directly from game and thus it doesn't meet the Minimum content policy.
