Updating of pages in other languages

If you're changing a page that's in another language, please only update it. If the page is in need of an update, tagging it with the Urgent template is not the way to update it, just let it be until someone else can do it. I undid your changes because you removed nothing, all you did was add a template saying it was outdated.
