Military rank
I saw your edit on Military rank.
My edit is correct; when a person gains a rank, the damage is increased by 20% of base damage; it's easy to check. It follows this formula: Military formulas#Influence formula, specifically the "(1+ R/5)", which is an increase of 20%.
The formula for air rank is the same thing but simpler and simpler to test.
