Just thought I'd point out that we have been working on a newregion template for a while: User:BGBW/Sandbox/Template:testplace. We are just waiting to finalise the new citizen template so we can adjust the appearance for consistency

I know there are other versions, this is the first proper template I have made so I was mainly playing around. I don't expect anyone to jump up and down and insist we use it, and please don't think I was planning to overwrite anything without permission, I was just experimenting.
