Problems with LangMenu

Hi!, I´m Keihan, I normally do articles about spanish citizens in spanish, because my english level is low.

I try to use the LangMenu template, but I want to know how can I use it only if I want to write an article in spanish, because if I try to use it, the Templante says only "english" and I want a template saying only spanish...

Sorry, muy english is terrible, I hope you can understand. --Keihan 17:51, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

?

I was going to move all of these pages to your user namespace, but decided not to because I figured you created them for a reason. Please do something with them so that they are out of the Lonely, uncategorized, etc pages.

These pages were needed by this one. Anyway, AC is working on a better LangMenu than any of my options, so I'm just gonna delete all of these pages :) --Mini "Template" Bill Italian in the deep core bother me! 13:59, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
Is this the reason why I have to put /Hrvatski on other templates like menuv1 now has to be menuV1/Hrvatski? --AndyCro Croatia If you have a suggestion... 22:12, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
Uh? --Mini "Template" Bill Italian in the deep core bother me! 19:24, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
It is easier to show you. Compere this two articles:
Social_stats/Hrvatski and Productivity_formula/Hrvatski
In first article their is regular template {{menuV1}} and menu is on English. I don't know why. Before wiki update it was on Croatian. There is similar problem with other templates that I have translated like Products navigation. On second article I put translated template {{menuV1/Hrvatski}} and now the menu is on Croatian on that second article. But if there is a chance to see what is the problem, so that the menu will automatically be on Croatian on Croatian articles, as it was before so I don't have to change all Croatian articles from {{menuV1}} to {{menuV1/Hrvatski}}. I hope that you understand me now! --AndyCro Croatia If you have a suggestion... 10:49, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
The problem should be solved now --Mini "Template" Bill Italian in the deep core bother me! 15:55, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
Thx MiniBill, it is working now. --AndyCro Croatia If you have a suggestion... 21:55, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Hello

I was directed to you about adding the Serbian language to the Wiki. So, I would ask you nicelly for help if that is possible.Makica 22:26, 20 April 2009 (UTC)

No problem, just a single question: what's the name of your language, in your own language? (feel free to use non-latin characters if required) --Mini "Template" Bill Italian in the deep core bother me! 19:25, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
My language is Srpski in my own language....and thank you for helping.Makica 02:13, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
@ MiniBill - you should consider putting Српски with Srpski as this is the same word on Cyrillic. Serbs write both with Cyrillic and Latin letters. --AndyCro Croatia If you have a suggestion... 11:49, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
@ Makica, wouldn't it be better that you translate it in Cyrillic? Because the Serbian and Croatian are similar so it would be nice idea that you translate Serbian in Cyrllic. (just a suggestion) --AndyCro Croatia If you have a suggestion... 11:49, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, I guess so that it would be maybe more appropriate to translate in Cyrillic, so I would correct the motion for adding Serbian...let it be Српски. Thank you for your suggestion and I hope that Bill will do it tommorow.Makica 15:28, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Bill is it gonna be these days? --Makica 02:13, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
We have made the necessary modification. May you contribute much and well! --Admin 09:39, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Thank you very much! -- Makica 10:16, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Good :) --Mini "Template" Bill Italian in the deep core bother me! 19:48, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Lang Menu Changes

What is the deal with the language menu now? I am used to a list of languages at the bottom of the editing screen. Is this change permanent? Can you update Help:Translating Pages to fit this change. --QJ Lincoln Talk To Me 22:11, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

The point is: Template:Exist wasn't working correctly, so I replaced it with the now-working #idexist function, which doesn't include the page, and so doesn't add all the languages to the bottom of the page. I may try and tweak LangMenu, so it has some kind of "add a translation" button. --Mini "Template" Bill Italian in the deep core bother me! 15:06, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
