Chile

Didn't know that was the intention. I'll just leave it there next time I come to edit. I did it mainly because it seems like every other country just keeps those lists up alphabetically.

As for the parties, I just ordered it in terms of Congress seats and then members. Partido Radiconal had the least of both. But now I see you were ordering that alphabetically, so I don't know. I was mostly just cycling through country pages to update presidents and don't really mind much about formatting, so I'll keep your formatting for it next time.  :D

FAIL mio xD, no conocia ese código :P. En realidad tenía pensado crear las otras páginas en poco tiempo, pero se me complico un poco .. el tema del tiempo :D. La imágen del Menú principal, se bandeaba, por eso la cambie, y ya que está la otra también, directamente las puse en PNG. Gracias por hacerme notar eso Purohueso :). Ahora a seguir trabajando :). Templates translation

Well, I have just seen that you translated the ICitizen template to finnish, and well, I will not ask how to do so, as I know that I just can't, but could do you it?..., I have already translated the templates to spanish (that is what I were going to ask), so it only needs to be copy&pasted, unless it doesn't matter so much, so I just continue using my sandbox for it, :P
By now, I had translated the citizen and country template, and probably soon will do with the party template (I also I'm thinking on doing so as well with the alliance template, since it's already used on EDEN and ALA pages).

I had implemented the citizen template in the pages that I had implemented it already..., and I will start puting it in every other citizen page translated to spanish, :P..., as for the country template, I will try to actualize the current pages at the same time, so I don't do a lot of editing (I don't like to edit and over-edit in so less time, unless something makes it necessary). Hola Purohueso! veo que al bar lo bajaron de un ramazo xD, parece que lo cambiaron de lugar, medio difícil llegar, pero zafa :D. Está bastante buena la idea, ahora mismo iba a pasar a dejar algunas ideas o comentarios. Sí vi lo del cambio, fue el resultado de una discusión en el bar, justo el día después que lo cree, XD, pero hablaré para ver si nos pueden mover de vuelta al bar o algo así..., pues mal que mal, no sólo vamos a estar hablando de traducciones, :P
Sobre lo de la firma, en el menú de más arriba, donde salen los accesos a las páginas de tu cuenta en la wiki, tienes que meterte a "my preferences", poner lo que quieres como firma en tu perfíl (en tu caso escribes [[Image:Icon-Paraguay.png|15px]]/[[Image:Icon-Argentina.png|15px]][[User:Santirub|Santirub]], si es que la quieres tal como esa, y sin modificaciones), y guardas... no sé que hace el cuadrito de abajo "Raw Signatures...", pero yo lo tengo marcado, por si acaso, :P

JO-YA!! ahora si quedo pipi cucu :D, el problema era eso de "Raw Signatures...", que lo que te hace es, te saca el link directo al perfil. Help needed

Hi, I need your help! Editor Emanuelle Salvatore Calvino has written a long text on his talk page. I don't know what it's about, but I do know it doesn't belong there. Can you move it to his Sandbox (or if it's citizen page, then under the name Emanuelle Salvatore Calvino) and leave him a message explaining why. If it's a citizen page, he should probably be also informed about Citizen Page Tutorial. I could do it myself, but a) I don't know what the page is about and b) I believe the message would reach him better if it was written in a language he knows best. Easy

I have found much easier coding for you (I was planning to implement a template, but I believe that this is far easier. You have to use invisible marking like this <span style="display:none">1</span>

'''<span style="display:none">3</span>''', etc... See testing for more details. If you will need any assistence, just write here, I will be monitoring your talk page.

I tested it on Chile (editing Argentina just give me headaches thinking of the work it needs to be done there, :S), since there I also applied it over another table. It worked in that one without any problems, but when it came to the second one, which is the one that matters in all of this... I don't know why it just get ignored.
I thought it was an incompatibility that just appeared (I checked when I added it, and it worked without any problems) with the colspan that I use at the end of that table, but wasn't the case since it works for the first and last column that are inside it. Could you check it?, I don't manage so much about code, but it worked months ago, when I added it.

I didn't have to look much because the reason is simple - Alianza por eChile. The sorting table has to have ALL rows sortable. I suggest that you create a small seperate table in which you will just write about Alianza por eChile. Languages

Well, I'm just trying to save some pages from deletion (the category doesn't exist, but it shows the pages), particularly, the stub ones that could be useful, and the well written ones, but that aren't on english. I'd saved some of them, translating, adding templates, actualizing, etc, but I just got with one that I don't what to do: Janko Maric Jr, I don't know which language it's written on, but it's about a BiH citizen, and google detects it as serbian, but..., serbian on the wiki is cyrilic, and this isn't..., where I should classifie it with LangMenu?..., or it's bosnian, non-cyrilic serbian, or even croatian, or whatever... I don't know about the languages over there, and since you are from Croatia, I thought you could help me with this one, ;)
I won't translate it fully, just tell about "see the language version of this article to see more info" stuff, but I have to wikify it and just thought of a title over there that might work, but I don't know how it's written on that language..., the term is "Life", as a biography or something like that, he just wrote about his whole life until the edition, so I thought that could made for all aspects of it, :P-- Purohueso (talk if you want) 03:09, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Oh Geez. There is so much work that needs doing.. such as Stubs, Translations, Country pages, etc... etc.. and someone is bringing back pages that are marked for deletion???

Pages that are marked for deletion are marked so - for a reason, such as, no real work being done by citizen who spent only few days on Erepublik and has left or was banned for multis.

I also had a look at some of those pages that have been "saved from deletion". I can not understand what language are they written? What is it Google English? Please, do not Google translations. Google translator is very poor and usually makes no sense. They will all have to redone or marked for a deletion again.----Hrvat User_talk:Hrvat 04:00, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

What is the problem with trying to save pages from deletion?, I'm not saving every page around there, just the ones that I found well written, but for example, not translated, some even where wikified and I just needed to move them to their right place, write a little introduction by investigating a bit, or maybe just applying google to read, get the idea, search some words that weren't there until I can understand it, and write a small introduction on english redirecting to the language version.
And that isn't google translation, I translated it by myself, thing that you could see from looking at the conjugation and structure, maybe I failed with some conjugations, since I don't remember all the irregular verbs and sort of, but as I think it's good translated, clearly better than google. Anyway, why can't you just tell me which are the mistakes, so I can fix them and learn out of it?
As for stubs and translations, well, I'm working in that category since they are from there, but soon won't be anywhere, so it's a sort-of race-against-time to edit them, :P... and as for country pages, to work on these I need to do a lot of investigation in each country, since I don't know almost anything about them, read articles, find the old ones, something that just someone from there could do, ok, I can fill with what eR provides, change some numbers on population, actualize regions, and what else?, you can got that on eR, a proper work needs more than that, and I can't just do it, unless I use whole days investigating, without considering the language, :S... even in my own country I can't work so well, we've already worked on the fast info, some other about things that eR doesn't show, on party pages... but the history part, I'm already creating a whole project within my country to investigate it, but it isn't a fast thing, if I want to do it right and not just stubs of it

Translation of charts

I don't think we have a exact rules for things like that, but I would have translated it it was me who created that page. I mean, it's fairly long chapter of text in Spanish on an English page. Of course there are no Spanish version available so there must be both English and Spanish speakers reading the page, but for English viewers it doesn't offer any information at all. I didn't realize it already had had a notice on it in the past so feel free to remove it (and I used wrong template, but when editing I saw a huge amount of text in Spanish and assumed the page was completely written in it. The category's the same though so I guess it doesn't make a difference). I of course would prefer the text to be translated in English but then again, maybe it's not that much of an issue. ;) Do as you wish, but in general editors should avoid having text in two languages on one pages. C:, now things are all fine, since my mother got here recently (she was on the epicenter... :murphy:), but we haven't got any news from all the people on Concepción (that includes our eR president and some ministers)..., hope they are fine, since there is no light over there. We got one from there, using battery and mobile (satellital?) internet, Don Litro, but anyone else. Also, iVicentico logged yesterday, and today he commented on an article, so he is fine also, ;)
That is all what I can inform at the moment, besides the list that we've already of missing people, due to them don't having connection (hope it's just that) that you can see in a comment on this article, and well, all the people that has confirmed themselved over there also, ;)

Yo intenté ayudarlo, pero no pude resolverle el inconveniente. ¿Podrías comunicarte con él y ayudarlo? Sé que te manejás muy bien en este ambiente y estoy seguro de que podrás solucionarle el problema.

Chile country page

Why did you moved the imagemap below the table?, I had made that the table matched with the border of the regions, so it would get clear which one was describing, and also to just let the links on the template to redirect to the region, and not put those on the table. I understand that may not be applyable for many countries, as they have a more "rounded form", but in the case of Chile#Geography, as the geography just divides by N-S criteria, it was a possibility to do so, ;) Well, I will wait for a reply before rolling it back or not.
As for the translated page, well, once I finished updating the english version I was going to update it, :P, so that Update sign won't be there for long..., maybe even today, 8D
PS: Ah, I got the possibility, Chile expanding?, not probably, but if that where to happen, I think I would add the new regions below the table as another section of the Geography part. -- Purohueso (talk if you want) 21:27, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
